Terms of use

These terms govern access to and use of the game UDaPimp. Creating an account means accepting them. Only the French version of this document is legally binding.

1. Purpose and acceptance

UDaPimp is a browser-based management game published by À COMPLÉTER. These terms set out the rules for accessing and using the service.

Creating an account constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, do not create an account.

2. Entirely free

The service is entirely free. There are no purchases, no subscription, no paid options and no way to spend real money. No payment or banking details are ever requested, collected or processed.

In-game currencies and resources — Cash, Influence, Stars, Tickets, Gold Records — are earned through play only. They are game elements with no monetary value, cannot be converted into money and cannot be transferred. They grant no property right and may be adjusted when the game is rebalanced or a fault is corrected.

Selling, trading for value or transferring an account, a card or an in-game resource is prohibited.

3. Adults only

UDaPimp is restricted to people aged 18 or over. The game depicts an adult world and includes sensual content.

Your date of birth is requested at sign-up and checked: account creation by a minor is refused. Giving a false date of birth breaches these terms and justifies immediate closure of the account.

4. Your account

Signing up requires an email address, a password, a nickname and a date of birth. Your nickname is public: other players can see it, in particular on the leaderboard and during confrontations.

  • One account per person. Creating additional accounts in order to give yourself an advantage is prohibited.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.
  • Signing in on a new device ends any other open session: only one session is active at a time.
  • Your nickname must not be abusive or discriminatory, and must not impersonate another player or the publisher.

The service never sends email: your address is only a sign-in identifier. There is therefore no password-reset-by-email procedure — a lost password cannot be recovered automatically. Write to À COMPLÉTER if you run into trouble.

5. Randomness and transparency

Some game mechanics involve randomness, in particular recruiting cards. None of them can be accessed with real money.

The drop rates for each rarity are shown on the Agency screen, along with the pity counters: a Gold card is guaranteed every 10 draws and a Platinum card every 40. These are the values the server actually applies.

6. Game content

The setting, characters and situations are entirely fictional. Sensual content (the “Keepsake Box”) is unlocked solely through card progression; it cannot be bought and cannot be reached any other way.

This content is provided for personal use within the game. Extracting, redistributing or republishing it outside the service is prohibited.

7. Rules of conduct

The following are prohibited, among others:

  • using bots, scripts, macros or any automation that plays on your behalf or speeds up your progress;
  • deliberately exploiting a fault in the game; any fault you notice should be reported to the publisher;
  • colluding with other players to distort confrontations, rankings or season rewards;
  • creating or using secondary accounts to give yourself an advantage;
  • any attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, its interfaces or its data, and any action intended to disrupt its operation.

8. Penalties

Automated checks watch for abnormal action rates and collusion between accounts. Where these terms are breached, the publisher may, proportionately to the seriousness of the breach:

  • flag the account for review, with no immediate effect on play;
  • cancel gains obtained irregularly;
  • temporarily suspend access to the account;
  • permanently close the account in cases of serious or repeated breach.

You can challenge any measure by writing to À COMPLÉTER; the decision will then be reviewed.

9. Availability of the service

The service is provided as is, free of charge, with no guarantee of continuous availability or of being error-free. It may be interrupted at any time for maintenance, technical work or security reasons.

The game evolves: rules, balancing, content and rewards may change, and competitive seasons are reset periodically according to the rules announced in the game. The publisher does not guarantee that progress is kept indefinitely and may discontinue the service, giving players reasonable notice so that they can export their data.

The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from use or unavailability of the service. Nothing in these terms limits the publisher’s liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from the Account screen. Deletion is permanent: it erases the account and the associated data, including your progress and your Keepsake Box. Exporting your data first, from the same screen, is recommended.

The publisher may terminate a player’s access where these terms are breached, under the conditions set out in article 8.

11. Personal data

How personal data is processed is described in the privacy policy, and the use of trackers in the cookies and trackers policy. Both documents form an integral part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may change to reflect how the service or the applicable rules evolve. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this document. Continuing to use the service after a substantial change means accepting the new version; if you would rather not, you can delete your account.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, please first contact the publisher at À COMPLÉTER so that an amicable solution can be sought. Failing agreement, the dispute falls to the courts having jurisdiction.
